No one knows quite how SWEK began, or where SWEK came from, really. None of its members can tell you exactly how they got there, in fact. SWEK is a magical, secret organisation which recruited all its members when they least expected it.

Speculation points to a basement on the North Side of Chicago some years ago, wherein two individuals strapped a heretofore sweet and innocent young girl into a chair and made her watch every single episode of Evangelion (subbed) in a row, followed shortly thereafter by the movie.

Brains were thusly broken; lives were thusly lost; SWEK may have indeed come upon them all at just that moment. No one really knows for sure. The only thing everyone can agree upon is that SWEK is a force to be reckoned with.
